I would like to invite you to a guided sunrise meditation with bluearth space where you will be able to calm your mind and relax yourself.
You will also get a recording of this meditation and will be able to use it on a daily basis, after attending the workshop.
This is a free introductory meditation session that you can attend in person or online.
